hello Anna. It’s great that the blogging has inspired you to come up with so many good ideas. This is a very mouthwatering poem. I love ice cream too (but not Gelato Mio prices!) Remember sometimes it’s better to have a short but really good poem rather than a longer one where you have to force the rhyming.
Hi Anna W,
That poem was brilliant! We were singing it because it was so good. Whats your favourite ice cream flavour? Ours is Toffee Chew. We think its great you included it in your poem!
Wow Anna,
This was incredible! Did you really make this up all by yourself? Maybe next time change the penultemet line of each verse so that it is even more imaginative. Apart from that everything was perfect and I think your writing should go in a poem book! 🙂
Hello Anna,
This poem was much better than anything I could write! The rhyming was incredible and the way you planted a picture in my head was amazing! Keep up the good work and carry on writing on the blog! 🙂

Hello Anna.W,
This poem was very good and up to the standards of professionals! It made my mouth drool as you listed all the luxurious tastes of ice cream. Keep up the good work and carry on writing on the blog.

I really like the short, snappiness of this poem, and the way you have got the flavour names to rhyme. It makes me feel just like having an ice-cream right now, especially in this lovely weather! I wonder which flavour to choose?
Hi Anna
your poem was good because
1* I liked the way it rhymed
2* I liked all the flavours
3* I like the way you setted it all out
it should probably go in a poem book but you need to work on your breaths in between the poem but well done Anna W
Rhythm and pace and great ideas, this poem made my tummy rumble! Rocky road is my fave…can you do another verse with that in? I’ll get some for Easter as long as your cousins don’t eat it before you get here!
It’s good to see you trying different genres of writing…try a haiku or a kenning?
Mmm. Gime, gime, gime. I liked the way you made all the flavours sound even more amazing than they are in real life! To improve it at the end of all the paragraphs you could have changed the sentence from the same every time! Keep it up…

Anna. Fetch a cone, my mouth is watering. Snappy, rhythmic and fun. One of your best yet. Great for today’s sunny day. Signed Your Dad
This is really cool, Anna. I love how you made the different flavors rhyme.
