Hi Isobel. You’ve written a very good review and it brings back great childhood memories of mine. I loved the Famous Five books and also Secret Seven books by Enid Blyton when I was about your age. I even got my own Secret Seven “gang” (very friendly gang!) together with my 2 brothers and friends. We used to have our Secret Seven meetings in a garden shed!
I used to love these books when I was younger, Isobel. I collected the whole set! Thank you for the reminder of how much fun they are.
