I think this is really persuasive, you have listed lots of benefits and good things about 100wc. Talking about developing your confidence is a great way to persuade people to get involved because I think lots of people don’t always feel confident and would like to develop this in themselves. The main thing I think you could do to improve is to check a couple of spellings.
