Great piece of writing here. I like the dramatic scene. I like the suspence as well. Next time I would use easyer colours to read however I do like the high lighted words thing. It lets me know what 100 word challenge this is. What made you write ‘part 1’ in the title by the way? Because I got a sense that this was just a set up for the real adventure. Was that your thinking? Keep blogging. Good work.
