Hi Joel,
I have also read this book, and the rest of ‘The Percy Jackson’ series, and i completely agree with you about how good the story was. You used some great adjectives and I can tell that your writing has really come along. However, I think you went a bit over the top when it came to persuading people to read the book.
For example:
Instead of – ‘It’ll burn your heart out and you will beg to read more astonishing myths (by the way, it isn’t a myth).’
You could have put – ‘This story is so good, it should be on all of your top ten lists’.
One final improvement, The Titan’s Curse is the 3rd book out of 5 in the Rick Riordan series and then there is a separate series that he wrote which does not include that book.
All in all, I think your book review was very good and deserves a spotlight on the blog.
