    Thank you for an interesting and informative report. When I next go to Highgate Woods I will look around more carefully. Did you see any other unusual animals or birds on your trip?

    It sounds like you had a very interesting trip. I saw loads of fruit bats in Australia a few years ago. I remember they hung in the trees during the day, scratching them selves and squeaking. They were such funny creatures – I was completely fascinated!
