Forgetting the mini freezer allowed the poor bunny to melt. This is a good use of the prompt, Grace. When I started to read I wondered how you might fit the prompt because you mentioned a freezer to keep the eggs from melting. It was a good twist at the end to discover you had forgotten the freezer.
One small tip, we would normally write “my family and I” as we tend to place ourselves last.
