i loved the mystry in the text it realy set a atmousphere. what genre did you set it for? i thought epic maybe? you could try to make it rhyme in some way or give it a beat but any way it was great! By the way it is good you used peered instead of looked.
I really like this it inspires me too read and write stories, pretty much!
Even though it is an 100 word challenge it seems very rushed. Could you space it out a lil’ more?

What a fabulous story. Lovely words and the story, although only 100 words long, kept me reading to the end.
